How does the free trial work?
You get a 14 days free trial with access to every feature, with no restrictions whatsoever. No credit card is required to get started. You also receive 10 SMS credits to test the notifications.

How do SMS work?
SMS are sold in prepaid credit packs. Each SMS sent uses 1 credit. When your credits run out, you can buy a new pack in just a few clicks via Stripe. Your credits never expire.
How does billing work?
The subscription is billed monthly, all-inclusive. SMS packs are one-off purchases. We accept credit cards via Stripe. An invoice is generated automatically every month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is hosted in Europe, protected by SSL encryption, with daily backups. We are GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
Do you offer migration assistance?
Yes, we help you migrate your existing data (spreadsheets, databases) to Aerostack. Our team assists you free of charge with the initial setup of your account.
Do you offer an API?
